# 13 · 绿林少年

The Greenwood Boys are a group of pop singers. At present, they are visiting all parts of the country. They will be arriving here tomorrow. They will be coming by train and most of the young people in the town will be meeting them at the station. Tomorrow evening they will be singing at the Workers' Club. The Greenwood Boys will be staying for five days. During this time, they will give five performances. As usual, the police will have a difficult time. They will be trying to keep order. It is always the same on these occasions.

中文理解：“绿林少年”是一支流行乐队，目前正在全国各地巡演。 他们明天会坐火车来到这里，镇上大多数年轻人都会到车站迎接。 明天晚上，他们将在工人俱乐部演唱。 乐队会在这里停留五天，期间演出五场。 和往常一样，警察又有得忙了，得想办法维持秩序。每逢这种场合，他们总是这样忙碌。

* **At present**：目前；说明目前的情况；比口语里的 right now 稍正式。

* **all parts of**：……各地；parts用复数，后接国家或范围。

* **by train**：乘火车；by后用交通工具单数，不加冠词。

* **give five performances**：演出五场；performance在此可数；give强调上演，不是赠送。

* **As usual**：像往常一样；说明与往常相同，可放句首或句末交代背景。

* **keep order**：维持秩序；维持现场秩序；order 在这个搭配中不加不定冠词。

#### The Greenwood Boys are a group of pop singers.

简单句，主系表结构. 乐队组合名首字母大写表特指，同样，The 定冠词也不能少.

#### At present, they are visiting all parts of the country.

简单句，主谓宾结构，all parts of the country 是 visiting 的宾语；这里用现在进行时。

#### They will be arriving here tomorrow.

简单句，主谓结构.

\[关键句型] 本课学习将来进行时，will be doing 形式. 上句为现在进行时，我们与 （一般）将来进行时作对比，所谓一般将来进行时，是针对过去将来进行时区分的，通常“一般”二字予以省略.

#### They will be coming by train and most of the young people in the town will be meeting them at the station.

并列句，前句 will be coming 是主谓结构，后句 will be meeting them 是主谓宾结构，两句都用将来进行时。

#### During this time, they will give five performances.

简单句，主谓宾结构，一般将来时.

#### They will be trying to keep order.

简单句，主谓宾结构，将来进行时. 动词不定式短语作宾语.
