* **job satisfaction**
* **career progression**
* **achieve a work-life balance**

> Flexible schedules can improve work-life balance when employees retain clear responsibilities.

Whether people should stay with one employer depends on their career stage and the opportunities available. Early in a career, changing jobs can help someone discover which kind of work suits them and develop practical skills. Later, staying may offer stability and a clearer path for career progression. For example, an employee who receives useful training and increasing responsibility may gain little from moving simply for a new title. A change is more worthwhile when it solves a specific problem or creates a meaningful opportunity.

* **career stage**：职业阶段；early in a career 与 later 区分阶段，不是按年龄硬性划分。

* **develop practical skills**：培养实用技能；develop 与 skills 自然搭配，区别于只积累职位名称。

* **career progression**：职业发展、晋升过程；progression 强调向前发展，不等于换公司本身。

* **increasing responsibility**：逐渐增加的责任；这里 responsibility 指承担责任的程度；具体多项职责可用 responsibilities。

  A new role may help workers gain relevant experience.

  Useful training can improve job satisfaction.

  Employees should consider long-term prospects before changing jobs.

Whether people should stay with one employer depends on their career stage and the opportunities available.

Whether + subject + should + verb + depends on + factors.

Whether a building should be preserved depends on its condition and historical value.

Early in a career, changing jobs can help someone discover which kind of work suits them and develop practical skills.

Verb-ing + can help someone + verb.

Asking questions can help students identify gaps in their understanding.

A change is more worthwhile when it solves a specific problem or creates a meaningful opportunity.

A is more worthwhile when it + solves/creates + something.

A new tool is more worthwhile when it saves time on a real task.

Should employees stay with one employer or change jobs regularly?

使用may、can、where或for some people等表达时，要说明具体条件。
