:::

> As researchers on aging noted recently, no treatment **on the market** today has been proved to slow human aging—the **build-up** of molecular and cellular damage that increases **vulnerability to infirmity** as we grow older.

**重点词块：** **on the market**、**build-up**、**vulnerability to infirmity**

:::

| --- | --- | --- |
| **on the market** | 市面上 | commercially available |
| **vulnerability to infirmity** | 患病虚弱的可能 | susceptibility to frailty |

* **信息来源：** `As researchers on aging noted recently` as 是“正如”；用于说明判断出处，不是时间条件。
* **否定主干：** `no treatment on the market today has been proved to slow human aging` 没有现有疗法“已被证明”有效，不等于证明所有疗法必定无效。
* **破折号定义：** `the build-up of molecular and cellular damage that increases vulnerability to infirmity as we grow older` 这段解释 human aging；that 修饰 build-up，as we grow older 表随年龄增长。

`As researchers noted` 提供信息来源，`no` ... `has been proved` 控制证据结论。

报告证据边界，用 `As` + 来源 + `notes, no` + 方法 + `has been proved to` + 效果。没有公开证据时可说 `there is not enough evidence`；别把个人没听过当作“从未证明”。

> `As 〔研究者指出〕, no 〔现有疗法〕 has been proved to 〔延缓衰老〕—〔衰老解释〕.`

> As the inspection report notes, no quick repair has been proved to stop the leak—a problem that needs a full investigation.

`no treatment` 是单数接 `has`；`proved to` 不表示动作意图。

> As our teacher points out, no single trick has been proved to replace practice—a process that takes time.

> As researchers on aging noted recently, / no treatment **on the market** today has been proved to slow human aging / — / the **build-up** of molecular and cellular damage / that increases **vulnerability to infirmity** as we grow older.

**可复用骨架：** `As 〔研究者指出〕, no 〔现有疗法〕 has been proved to 〔延缓衰老〕—〔衰老解释〕.`

> As several researchers noted, no single method has been proved to prevent all forms of memory loss—the gradual decline in cognitive abilities that can accompany ageing.
