## 难词与同义替换

## 语法骨架

先读懂 · 再分层

**主干与层次：** 作者写书的一个目的，是给没有接触过真正数学的读者一个理解数学思维的机会。

* **主干：** `One of my purposes in writing this book is to give readers` 主语中心是 One of my purposes，谓语是 is；目的之一是给读者机会。
* **读者限定：** `who haven't had the opportunity to see and enjoy real mathematics` who 修饰 readers，指出这项机会面向哪类人。
* **最终目标：** `to appreciate the mathematical way of thinking` 不定式修饰 chance，说明机会要带来什么；不是作者自己去 appreciate。

先找主语与核心谓语，再把条件、原因或修饰接回去。读到从句时，停一下：它在解释哪个词，还是在限定整个判断？

## 句型语法精讲

### 为什么这样说

`One of my purposes` 先说明目的不是唯一一个；长 `who` 从句圈定受益读者；`chance to` 再给他们可以得到的机会。要跟踪 `give` 的“给谁、给什么”。

### 什么场景可以用

介绍项目、课程或文章动机，用 `One of my aims in` + 动词-`ing + is to give` + 人 + `a chance to` + 行动。把受益者与可做的事写清楚，比只说 `help people` 更有信息。

保留关系 · 替换内容

> `One of my purposes in 〔写作〕 is to give 〔读者〕 the chance to 〔目标〕.`

### 从仿写看迁移

取自下方「语法句型仿写」第 1 句，可在那里听原声、跟读。

> One of my purposes in writing this guide is to give new staff the chance to practise common tasks.

仿写第 1 句说指南的目的之一是让新员工练习常见任务。`in writing` 交代写指南这个活动，`to practise` 指新员工得到的机会，不是作者自己练习。

容易误解的地方

`one of` 后用复数 `purposes`，但主语中心 `one` 接 `is`。`give readers the chance` 中 `readers` 与 `chance` 是两个宾语；不定式后半动作由读者完成。

这是下方仿写第 2 句。先指出它保留了骨架中的哪一层关系，再将人物、事物或情境换成自己的内容；不必把原句所有修饰都搬过来。

## 朗读切分

> One of my purposes in writing this book is to give readers / who haven't had the opportunity to see and enjoy real mathematics the chance to **appreciate** the mathematical way of thinking.

先在 `/` 处短暂停顿。重读加粗内容词，虚词只轻轻带过；读到句尾再完整落音。

## 句型迁移

**可复用骨架：** `One of my purposes in 〔写作〕 is to give 〔读者〕 the chance to 〔目标〕.`

> One of my aims in writing this guide is to give people who have never used the software the confidence to try it.
