### 为什么这样说

`As far as goods transport is concerned` 相当于“如果只看货运这个方面”：作者先圈定讨论对象，避免把原因解释扩大到所有运输。`growth is due to changes` 才是判断；插入 `to a large extent`，说明这是重要原因，而非唯一原因。

### 什么场景可以用

需要从大话题转到一个方面时，用 `As far as` + 名词短语 + `is/are concerned`, + 你对此的判断。谈学习可说 `As far as my study routine is concerned, mornings work best`。谈延误原因可接 `is due to` + 名词；不用每次都绑定原因句。`As far as I'm concerned` 常表示“在我看来”，与限定一个事项的用法有区别。

仿写第 1 句：“就我们的交付时间来说，最近的延误是因为司机不足。”`our delivery times` 圈定范围，`the recent delays` 给现象，`a shortage of drivers` 给原因。可先练短句 `The delays are due to a shortage of drivers`，再加范围；并非说货运的所有问题都由司机不足造成。

容易误解的地方

`goods transport` 是单数概念，用 `is concerned`；`delivery times` 是复数，用 `are concerned`。`is due to` 是“源于”，不能因为有 `is` 就归为被动；`due to` 后接名词或动名词，完整原因句改用 `because`。先恢复 `growth is due to changes`，再把 `to a large extent` 放回 `due` 与 `to changes` 之间；两个 `to` 分属程度短语和原因搭配，不是重复写错。

先在 `/` 处短暂停顿。重读加粗内容词，虚词只轻轻带过；读到句尾再完整落音。
